The poor 2-year-old puppy waited patiently for 3 long days in hopes that someone would come to her rescue!
A dog named Sophie disappeared from her home in Santa Barbara, California for 30 days.
It is unclear where the dog went from home during those weeks, except for 3 days when she lived inside the drainpipe.
The barrel was 18 inches long and there was no chance of poor Sophie jumping out to safety.
Luckily, firefighters who rescued the dog were called to the scene.
Sophie was lured with a hose to one end of the drainpipe where a firefighter was waiting to take her safely.
Thank God the dog was ready to be persuaded as the firefighter grabbed her and picked her up and pulled her out of the pipe.
Thankful to those kind crew that saved the poor dof from a dangerous situation.
