We often come in situations in life where we need the help of the authorities. This is case is not about an individual asking for help, but about a sweet puppy.

The tiny pup was aimlessly wandering all alone the streets in L.A when he saw two officers walking down the sidewalk. The pup decided to ask them for help and stumbled towars them on his tiny feet. Officer Taverna and Officer Mercado looked down at the pup and immediately took pity on him. Knowing there was no way for such a young dog to survive for long on his own, they picked him up and took him back to the station with them.

While driving back with them , the lovely pup was cuddled up in the lap of one Officer. He finally felt safe, he couldn’t stop looking with adoration at his rescuers.

They named the pup Hobart and gave him a K-9 title. Everyone in the station fell instantly in love with the adorable pup. Officer Mercado wanted to give the helpless pup a forever home and decided to adopt him!

After all little Hobert is now living happily ever after with his new family! Their story was shared by the LAPD on Twitter and has gotten tons of happy attention.
