Little Sage suffered some health problems and due glaucoma she lost her sight. However she is lucky enough to have a family who truly loves her and helps her with anything she needs.
Not long ago Sage went missing for a week straight and this worried a lot her loved ones. Beth Cole, Sage’s human mom, shared that they had all gone to bed and in the morning, Sage was not around.
The family did anything possible to find the blind pup. They asked every family around the neighboor, every friend etc. They got extremely worried hearing that there were reports of mountain lions in the area.
Thankfully ,Dan Strada, a kind hearted firefighter who was off-duty, spotted little Sage and didn’t hesitate a moment to go and rescue her.
“When we saw she was alive, I jumped in the stream and hugged her.” Sage was safely returned home and can contiue her life with her loving family!
