It is known that Duke is a regal name, and people, who are called with it should be treated like royalty. But this dog, who is called Duke, did not see any royalty in his life.
The dog was used as a hunting dog in Greece, but was left to starve, when its owner got from him what he wanted! Fortunately, a volunteer from ZEIL saw him and helped him.
The dog, now called Charlie Duke, has fully recovered and was adopted by a kind family from Denmark.
