In the bushes, a thin pit bull was discovered curled up on its own. She had a stern expression on her face and seemed prepared to give up.
However, her rescuers were here to make sure that didn’t happen! Even though Halo had no idea what was going on, she was eager to try, and that was all they could hope for.
Stacey brought the pit bull into her home, where they thought that with the right care, she would easily recover.
Although there were numerous close calls, Halo persisted in battling! The blind dog ultimately developed an obsession with McDonald’s ice cream cones, and she was eventually moved to Lucky Dog Refuge where she blended in so well!
Halo is now doing well and also loves everyone she encounters; all she needs is a loving forever home.
