Prior to being discovered by the compassionate rescuers of He’Art of Rescue, Pascal was a little stray dog who had endured a lot of hardship.
I was still astounded to learn that there were still such evil people in the world. The unfortunate dog was smeared in adhesive by a gang of lunatics, and soon the dog was caked in dirt and dust.
Finally, the canine was promptly located by the rescuers, who then began his meticulous care. The dog was given a second shot at life when the hair layers were removed.
