Family can’t stop laughing after missing dog returns home with ribbon she won from a dog show (VIDEO)

A Beagle/Beagle Mix dog’s family almost lost it forever. However, they did not anticipate that their dog would also bring them a gift when he returned!

Peter and Paula Closier’s Beagle mix, Bonnie, had gone missing on a Sunday, and they were terrified she wouldn’t come back.

Their fears were allayed when the dog came home later that day.

However, Bonnie didn’t go back the same route. As she hurried in their direction, Peter and Paula observed that she was wearing a yellow ribbon around her neck.

According to the ribbon, the puppy finished third in a dog competition! They were puzzled by her award and subsequently found out the truth about it.

When John Wilmer noticed the beagle mix, he was his route to a dog show in Surrey.

He wondered who the dog’s owners were because he didn’t know them. On the way to the performance he got an idea.

Since he was prepared to enter his own dog, he thought of bringing the beagle to the dog show. Who can predict her success? John brought two more dogs to the performance.

Even though he was already running behind schedule for the event, he still had time to post on Facebook that he had found Bonnie. In the end, he decided to bring her in and submit her in the “Best Rescue Dog” category.

And it’s true—Bonnie won third place as well! In an attempt to win, Bonnie almost fled the house.

But when Peter and Paula stumbled across John’s Facebook message, they were relieved to discover Bonnie is safe. Later that day, Bonnie rushed back to the couple’s welcoming arms with just one gift in hand.

Bonnie wore the medal with pride, and her parents are immensely proud of her success. The fact that they were tense and ill-looking yet remains.

The event has made Peter and Paula more cautious when it comes to caring for Bonnie.

Bonnie still stands a decent chance of winning the gold the next time, even though she just has a bronze medal right now. Will her parents allow her to take part in the tournament again?

“We might,” Paula said in response. She is obviously having fun with them.

So, if Bonnie could finish third without exerting any effort, just think of what she could achieve with enough practice. This dog is really gifted.

If Bonnie is given another opportunity to perform on the program, we’ll have to wait and watch. That is, if she leaves the house with her parents as opposed to going out on her own.
