Uncover the Ultimate Barn Find Featuring a Pristine 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Z28, a True Treasure Trove

blue 1957 Cadillac Fleetwood Missouri garage barn find

TJ and his friends explore the property’s several sheds and barns that house a variety of American cars, mostly from the ’50s and ’60s with Chevys predominating. Yet six old Ford Thunderbirds, including a third-generation model with its bullet-like styling, sit in various stages of repair. Another notable luxury car that is TJ’s favorite is an imposing, baby-blue 1957 Cadillac Fleetwood, complete with bumper bullets and a gas cap hidden behind one of its taillights.

The owner’s favorite, though, is a beautifully-restored 1955 Chevy Nomad. Out of the entire collection, it’s the last one he says he’ll sell. It’s outstanding among all the other cars of this vintage, which includes the Nomad’s counterpart, a fine-looking Pontiac Star Chief Custom Safari, and a nicely-modded 1955 Chevy Stepside pickup.

A standout from the ’60s is a mint 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 in high-impact yellow running on a 302 cu. in. V8. Other cars such as an original red 1965 AMC Ambassador with matching wheels or a cool 1969 Chevy El Camino SS look almost dull by comparison. This exemplary muscle car is just one of a staggering number of unusual vintage vehicles here. We hope that TJ will return to feature this car and others individually soon
