SEMA 2022’s Showstopping Restomods That’ll Leave You in Awe

Sony Audio 1966 Ford Mustang Restomod

As the video continues, we see a first-generation Ford Mustang in white with black and blue stripes down the middle. This is a Mustang by Sony Car Audio. What stands out the most is the hard top that elevates above the car with what appears to be hydraulics of some kind.

In addition to the audio equipment by Sony, we see a nicely modified 5.0-liter Coyote engine and massive aftermarket dual exhaust pipes out the back.

After seeing several notable classics like twin-turbo Dodge Challenger, restored Chevy trucks, and many others, Chris and Chris head outside to the Optima Ultimate Street Car area. The section has some impressive restomods including a classic Dodge Challenger with a Hellcat engine and a bright blue second-generation Chevrolet Camaro with modern gold wheels.

Completing the video is a first-generation Ford Mustang Fastback race car. In addition to the Coyote 5.0-liter engine swap, there’s also a massive roots-style supercharger mounted to the top of the engine.

The two Chris’ end the video stating that there were so many cool cars that it was hard to pick one favorite. We couldn’t agree more
