Unleashing the Beast: A Closer Look at the 350ci-Powered 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Nomad

This 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Nomad is a two-door wagon that was manufactured at GM’s St. Louis, Missouri facility. Under previous ownership, it underwent a thorough restoration and customization process. The exterior received a fresh coat of paint in a two-tone turquoise and white scheme, while the two-tone blue interior was completely reupholstered. The vehicle now boasts a 350ci V8 engine mated to a four-speed automatic transmission.

Notable upgrades include a dual exhaust system, an Edelbrock carburetor, PerTronix ignition system, an aluminum radiator equipped with an electric cooling fan, front disc brakes, staggered-diameter Coys wheels, air conditioning, power windows, and a RetroSound stereo system with USB connectivity. The current owner acquired this Chevy Nomad in April 2020 and ensured it was well-maintained with an oil change and fluid inspection before listing it for sale. This Chevrolet Nomad is currently available in California and comes complete with records of its refurbishment, workshop manuals, and a clean Montana title registered under the seller’s LLC.
