A dog is the most faithful companion of the family, unfortunately not everyone appreciates it, and some people treat these wonderful animals as ordinary garbage. Unfortunately, a similar situation occurred with a 15-year-old dog whose family left them at home in the cold and rain without food or water. The dog was cold and very neglected, and they didn’t care about it. Its condition was so serious that the rescuers who arrived at the scene thought the dog was dead. Fortunately, he received appropriate help in time.

The dog lay almost dead on the ground

It was a truly terrible and shocking sight for the rescuers who arrived at the scene. The quadruped was so emaciated that its bones were sticking out, and its entire body was frozen. It was impossible to describe in words that the people who were supposed to love him, give him a happy home and a safe space for the rest of his days, could do something like that.

Real heartless people, there is no other way to describe it. Initially, the rescuers thought the dog was dead, that was its condition… Only one of them noticed that the dog was showing slight signs of life. His heart was breaking into a thousand pieces.

The dog turned out to be a strong fighter and did not give up, he wanted to live so much. The rescuers took the dog from the property, its former family didn’t even want to say goodbye to it. A dog named Kesto spent years with people who never cared about him. However, his fate was now about to change. He received the help he deserved at the veterinary clinic.

The dog was treated with warm saline because it had a large tumor in its stomach and was hypothermic. The woman who helped save Kesto couldn’t take her eyes off him and decided to give him a new home. Thanks to this, the dog spent his last days surrounded by love in a warm home.
