Unfortunately, Kookie, a three-year-old lab mix, lost one of her baby after being born in a cub litter in Zamboanga, Philippines.
Kookie woke up owner Kaye de Luna and her family on Monday morning by barking loudly warning them of a dead puppy.
The dog was buried in the garden, so when their mother was taken for a walk a few hours later, she had just visited the puppy’s grave and she was trying to revive her baby!
The video below shows very shocking moments when mom started digging to get to her boy. She was finally ready to reach her dead puppy and tried to wake him up with tears. This is very heartbreaking!
