Wonderful!
A 10 years old doggo from Finnland has something very special on his appereance. Blaze has some beautiful whitte spots which appeared gradually on his black coat.
One year later beautiful Blaze became first multi colour Labrador Retriever.
The Labrador Retriever is one of the most popular dog breeds in a number of countries in the world, particularly in the Western world. Their most common colours are black, gold and chocolate. But that’s not the case for our Blaze.
When the first white spots begun on Blaze’s ear, Santeri didn’t make it a big deal but after a while more and more spots started to appear so he took Blaze to the vet. It looked like he has Vitiligo a condition that it mostly appears to humans but seemingly it also affects dogs. The skin will turn white ( or light pink) in patches and hair in those spots can also turn white. But Vitiligo in cats and dogs is nothing to fear, in pets is painless and do not act any different as a result.
Santeri Frilander posted on a Facebook page Blaze’s pictures which went viral. People seemed to like Blaze’s special characteristics. He gained around 33K likes which gave him many fans and followers. He is a very beautiful and healthy creature.
