Woman’s Dog Cries In Distress After Finding Sick Dog Inside A Trash Bag!

On a warm day in Glasgow, Kentucky a woman was walking her dog when suddenly she saw a black garbage bag on the side of the highway. She thought nothing about it untill they got closer. She then noticed an injured dog with bleeding skin laying inside the garbage bag.

Karen Smith Clark, the woman who found the bag didn’t know that it was a dog until they approached an opened it. What she saw was “distressing to mention the least” and upset their dog Scooter.

Karen then posted a pictured on her Facebook and wrote :“This poor dog looked to possess had been thrown from a window of a vehicle, during a trash bag.”

“We rushed back home to urge food, water, and gloves…When we came the dog was leery but not aggressive to me in the least , he wanted water,” she continued. “It was so distressing our dog was crying and whining.”

After the poor pup drunk the water they brought him , Karen quickly informed the local authorities and he was taken to Barren River Animal Welfare Association (BRAWA), where he would get the right treatment by a vet.

Connie Greer, the overall manager of the shelter, named the dog Arthur and said that thankfully his recovery is going well, although he is very sick.

“Arthur is up and eating and traveling wagging his tail this morning. He has briefly been evaluated by Dr. Thomas,” Greer wrote. “She reports he features a bad yeast infection with hair loss everywhere his body, mange and is slightly emaciated.”

She after said that he’s getting to need tons of TLC and recuperation.

“He’s happy, he seems very secure that he’s been found and somebody’s getting to look after him,” continued Greer.

Arthur won’t be yet able for adoption untill he is recovered and healthy again. How can somebody do something so cruel to a dog? If you can’t take care of your pet anymore it’s better if you will leave him to a shelter so somebody else could take care of him. But puting in into a garbage bag suffocating him and throw him away is not an option AT ALL.

After several months and after being fully recovered Arthur was adopted by a kind hearted family who will probably give him the love he really deserves.
