A highly drugged man repeatedly beat a stray dog and inflicted life-threatening injuries…
When the poor dog, Leona, was lying helplessly on the sidewalk expecting someone to save her.
Leona was in very poor condition, had severely injured legs, infected ears and balance problems.
Luckily, someone found her and took her to the vet.
Leona suffered severe pain and needed surgery to survive.
She was immediately given IV pain medication.
Poor Leona was actually crying real tears, but luckily, her surgery went well.
Leona’s recovery went by very quickly!
She is now with a faithful caregiver (and animal savior) who wants to find her a loving home.
