Veterinarians were amazed by the exhausted puppy in the horror story who just wants to give love to her rescuers…

A family in Johnson County, Kansas found a dog so weak and exhausted that a small furry baby could not stand on its own.

She was so ill that her rescuers were unsure whether the dog would survive the extent of the abuse she suffered. I

n an attempt to give the dog a chance to fight, her family took her to a veterinary hospital in Mission Care. There the staff took the dog and placed her in a medical care unit.

Incredibly, despite the horrors and abuse she faced, the little dog along with the protruding ribs was happy and loved. The vets were stunned by the little abused puppy who just wanted to like them and kiss them all. Pawsitive Tails Dog Rescue teamed up with the veterinary hospital therefore the Canis Minor could receive care and not allow the abusers to win.

According to a recent update on Facebook, the valuable dog was named Brighe. Her blood count is bad, but she may be worse, and she hasn’t wanted to eat lately.

However, they decided to keep her in the hospital. Gave her a feeding tube and continued to fight to keep Brighe alive. The name Brighe translated from Irish means “strength and power”, which is this determined canine fighter deep in his soul.
