A home owner heard some commotion outdoor and bought up to look at the supply of the noise. She was saddened and stunned by the sight of a skinny puppy fighting for her life. She was stuffed with parasites and fleas, very malnourished, severely dehydrated, and her head used to be caught in a bucket of water.
