Dogs are very loyal creatures and are always our best friends. We may live with them for a few years, but they dedicate their whole lives to us for them. It is so sad that many dog owners do not respect their pets as they should. They have the heart to harass them, even abuse them, and eventually throw poor animals out on the streets. There are wounds that are difficult to heal, no matter how much time has passed.

After calling the dog who lives in elementary school, the rescue team from Hope for Paws started moving immediately. The poor dog lived here for nine months. During that time, the students were able to help her with feeding, but everyone knew that was not enough. She needed a home.
The dog was so afraid of people, but she had no choice, she needed food to survive. It was uneasy for the team to save her because she no longer trusted people. She was very indecisive as she slowly approached the treats they brought her.
The dog was so beautiful, and she looked so sad. She didn’t want to move and was so scared when they put her in the cage. They called her Lilac and brought her to their shelter. Here the dog was given gentle care, however, she continued to be lonely facing the wall and did not respond to the touch of people who shook her heart. And through the X-ray results, we all knew it was horribly spent in the past.

Lilac was a sweet girl and she was worthy of love. It would have been a hard time for her to fully recover after all the bad things she had to endure, but she gradually began to emerge from the darkness. She opened her heart and began to be more sociable with others.
Five months later, she found her new owner who was very patient caring for her. Lilac now had a warm home that she always deserved and a second chance to be happy again.
