In the story, Himalaya, a dog, comes to a boy with Down syndrome to make friends. Herman is only 5 years old. He is from Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is not sociable and interacts with no one.
The boy is very shy he does not speak to anyone of his age. Because of his illness he avoides to become close to anybody.
The dog could warm his heart. The dog carefully attracted the boy’s attention. The boy responded to the lovely approach of the dog.
Together, the boy and the dog played, holding hands and streching their hands.
