He was just a few months old when his prior owner abandoned him. He was a stray dog for a while before being adopted by an old woman, and he led a rather happy life.

Because his grandmother’s feet were painful to walk on, the dog rarely got to go outdoors and play with her, and his only opportunities were to accompany her to the store to purchase breakfast.

The dog lost his one and only chance to go out with Grandma when she slipped while out one day.

The guard was confused when the dog initially arrived at the store on his own, not understanding what was going on or why the dog would go there alone.
