Bella was left hanging there for an unknown period of time; however, others believe she may have been there for up to five hours. Bella was pulled to safety after a compassionate guy was successful in getting access to the residence.
The truth was soon revealed. Bella was thin and had been forced to live on a narrow, dirty balcony. No life for any dog. The ESMA (Egyptian Society for Mercy to Animals) seized Bella.
Never again would she have to endure living in squalor. Through the organization Special Needs Rescue and Rehabilitation, Bella was given a foster home in the United States.
Bella is officially a Texas resident! She has a canine brother and a bigger yard to run in!
Bella now has a luxurious couch to sleep on and will live like a queen!
