This homeless puppy was left to wander the streets by itself for more than 2.5 years. Because of all the abuse, she got extremely matted and would never let anybody close. The sad kid was eventually seen by Penny, who began feeding her on a daily basis.
Though it would require some effort, she had a strategy to attempt to win the dog’s confidence. Gradually, Penny enticed Miley in by buying a kennel and starting to feed her chicken. It was a happy day when she eventually had the matted dog under control, and you have to see the dog today with a haircut!
