Exploring a Unique Car Collection Featuring a 1963 Chevrolet Corvette

Rear View - Classic Alfa Romeo

Later while driving through Nashville, they see a Crosley chassis sitting by the road, a Studebaker station wagon and several classic Pontiacs all parked in a lot. Unfortunately, the owner of the cars and the lot is not there, so they are unable to ask about the status of the cars and whether or not they run or are for sale.

Lastly, they visit a collector who has three very clean, good-running classic Alfa Romeos. The first is a 1964 Alfa Romeo Sprint that they start up. The car has a double overhead cam with an aluminum block. He also has an Alfa Romeo Sprint Speciale — a unique car that had an airflow so strong that it would raise the windshield wipers at speed. To remedy the issue, a smaller windshield got added to protect the wipers from excessive wind force. His third Alfa Romeo is a 1961 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider with 19,000 original miles that is largely original and clean but has undergone a repaint.

Beyond just the Alfa Romeos, he also has a collection of motorcycles which include a mid-60s Honda S90 and a Honda 750 which the owner describes as “one of the most significant bikes Honda ever built.” The motorcycle has disc brakes, an electric starter and a reputation for dependability. It also still wears its original bright blue colored paint
